There is exaggeration and spin and there is PBCC exaggeration and spin!
Rod Buckley, a member of the trust, told Third Sector that the regular congregation at its main meeting hall in Paignton was just over 100, but that attendance could swell to 300 people if those who did not attend regularly were included.

You could argue that the rest of the world's population, minus 'just over 100' people, might swell the congregation to in excess of 7 billion.

You always know who you're dealing with when:-

'Bottled Legend' is actually just water.

'Elect Vessel' is an overweight Australian wannabe businessman

'Universal' and 'Global' means less than 10% of the 195 countries in the world.

'reducing suffering and loss in times of need' means giving away BBQ'd sausages procured from kindhearted supermarkets and other food outlets.

Just imagine if they started bigging things up!

We are now well past the second anniversary of the last reported Brethren Public Outreach Pie Day.

http://theplymouthbrethren.org.uk/pbcc- ... june-2016/
The Hereford Mayor, Jim Kenyon, kindly dropped in and very much enjoyed meeting both the hosts and visitors. He commented ‘this is fantastic – what you are doing is a good thing, you are showing people kindness.’
Were they forever damned by faint praise?

Ooh can't resist replying to that one Blub 2T2.

Definitely; defiantly.

See, she sat at the well. Brethren do a lot of sitting; sit more than any other breed of strange species on the planet. See, so there is a link defiantly as we often use the wrong words and One has been learning that from our brother Donald Trump who must have had some link with the brethren somewhere as he knows how to be misinterpreted just like our beloved; see Our Beloved Jim the Pedo P***pot - he wasn't up to anything with Maddie Ker nooo it was a bush he was after. Something like that mm? Ambush? George bush? You bum you.. Just love repeating that wonderful ministry..ahh what a man , nay a god mm and so sadly misinterpreted...

Better stop before I make you all sick!

The ever resourceful Bruce Hazell in action again. £500 + £125 Gift Aid for the drought in Oz.

After very generously 'giving' $377,262 in support of the re-election of George Bush in the USA, I'm surprised he even has that much left in his account!

Mr Grimshaw pointed to the appointment of a national administration manager, an increase in the number of events and free meals served, as well as “the management of global branding requirements including an upgrade of our website and online shop”.
If all I got from that was 12 Followers and 16 'Likes' on Twitter, I'd want my money back.
